I'm an affiliated Research Professor at Housing Lab - National Center for Housing Research at Oslo Metropolitan University. I currently work as a full-time market analyst at Skagerak Kraft AS (a Norwegian power producer).
Previously, I was Deputy Head of Research at Housing Lab, and before this I worked as a Senior Researcher at Norges Bank .
My research agenda concentrates on housing market microstructure and macro aspects of the housing housing market, the interaction between housing and credit markets, and how the housing market affects the macroeconomy and the stability of the financial system.
